Recipe for Protein Oreo Cookies:
Ingredients for the cookies: 3-4 tablespoons raw cacao powder 22% fat Bionia, 3-4 teaspoons full grain rice protein powder, 2 tablespoons sesame tahini, 5-6 raw pitted dates.
Ingredients for the filling: 1-2 pitted raw dates, 1 tablespoon coconut flour Bionia, 3 tablespoons coconut or almond milk, 1-2 tablespoons full grain rice protein powder, 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Preparation: Mix all ingredients for the biscuits and grind well in a blender. Form balls from the mixture. Press them together and bake in the oven on baking paper for about 10 minutes at 190 °C. After baking the cookies, mix and stir the ingredients for the filling well. Glue the biscuits together with the cream.
