Recipe for raw homemade chocolate:
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon cacao butter, 1 avocado, 6-7 tablespoons cacao powder 22% fat Bionia, 3-4 fresh dates, ½ banana if desired. Method of preparation: Melt the butter in a water bath. Peel the dates and remove the core. Grind all ingredients in a blender to get a smooth mixture. Place in the fridge to harden or eat immediately.
Recipe for homemade bonbons:
Ingredients: 1 tea cup walnuts (or hazelnuts), 2-3 tablespoons cacao, 3-4 dates, pinch of Ceylon cinnamon, pinch of ginger. Method of preparation: Put the ingredients in a blender. Grind for a few minutes to obtain a dough-like mixture. Form balls. Place in the fridge for a few hours until firm. No need to bake.
