Easy Tortilla Recipe:
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons lupine protein, ½ tea cup soy, coconut or nut milk, 1 egg, a pinch of potassium salt, a little coconut oil.
Method of preparation: first whip the egg and blend. Then add one after another the protein, the cup of milk and the salt and mix well. Allow the mixture to rest and warm a ceramic pan. Add a little coconut oil and brown the tortillas on both sides. Prepare stuffing with vegetables and avocado of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
Lupine Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients & preparation: 1 tablespoon lupine protein, 1 raw egg- yolk, 1 tbsp. ground nuts, celery juice/ lemon juice, spices. Mix all products and stir well. Use to flavor the vegetable tortilla.
