Valentine’s Chocolate Lava Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 45 g gluten free oat flour
  • 1 tbsp. Bionia cocoa 22% fat
  • 1/4 tsp. instant coffee (*optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 50 g of applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 30 g of chocolate

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients without the chocolate and transfer to a greased bowl with a diameter of about 10 cm, suitable for baking. Place the piece of chocolate in the center and press lightly to sink.
Place in the oven and bake the cake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional cocoa if desired and enjoy.
