Yellow peas (Pisum sativum) is a plant of the legume family with a soft pleasant taste.

Recipe for vegetable-protein bar:

Ingredients: ½ tea cup ground nuts, ½ tea cup desiccated coconut, 1 carrot, 3-4 roses cauliflower, 1 tea cup fresh baby spinach, 3-4 tablespoons pea protein, ½ tea cup peeled hemp seed, 6-7 peeled fresh dates, ½ tea cup coconut oil, a pinch of potassium salt.

Preparation: Ground the carrots, cauliflower and spinach in chopper. Melt the coconut oil in a water bath (sous-vide method) and add it together with the other ingredients in a chopper. Mix well. Form rectangles with the finished mixture and place them in the refrigerator to tighten. Enjoy your meal!
