Choco Mousse Recipe:
Ingredients: 2 cups raw hazelnuts, 2-3 tablespoons raw coconut oil, 1/2 cup coconut sugar Bionia, 2-3 tablespoons raw cacao 22% fat Bionia, 1-2 tablespoons Bourbon vanilla, 1 tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon, a pinch of potassium salt.
Method of preparation: Grind the hazelnuts well in a blender/chopper. Then add the coconut butter and continue grinding until you get a creamy consistency from the nuts. Gradually add the remaining ingredients until you get a thick cream. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge. Consume with pleasure.
