Directions for use and storage: Ideal for preparing baked goods, flatbreads, cookies, muffins, cakes, etc. Pairs well with nuts, vegetables, legumes, and more. Brown rice flour can replace up to 30% of wheat flour in various recipes. Its advantage is that it is gluten-free. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

Recipe for protein “oreo” cookies:
Ingredients for the cookies: 3–4 tbsp raw cocoa powder, 3–4 tsp rice flour powder, 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste), 5–6 peeled raw dates without pits.
Ingredients for the filling: 1–2 peeled raw dates without pits, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 3 tbsp coconut or almond milk, 1–2 tbsp rice flour powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Preparation: Mix and blend all ingredients for the cookies well. Form balls from the mixture, flatten them, and bake on baking paper in the oven for about 10 minutes at 190°C. After baking the cookies, mix and whisk the filling ingredients well. Stick the cookies together two by two with the cream.
