Vegan pesto with Nutritional yeast and Cauliflower
								INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g raw cauliflower
 - 2 sprigs of green onion
 - 2 tsp. Bionia nutritional yeast
 - 4 tbsp. olive oil
 - Juice of half a lemon
 - 5 large basil leaves
 - 1 large pink tomato
 
How to prepare:
Mash the mixture well. If it seems dry, add more lemon juice to the perfect consistency for you. Serve with a pink tomato.
