Sweet Salami

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g Nomad nutri biscuits Coconut biscuits
  • 150 g coconut/cocoa butter
  • 80 g raw walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa

How to prepare:

Blend the walnuts in a chopper, not too fine, to be felt. Do the same with the biscuits.
Pour the walnuts and biscuits into a bowl, heat the butter in a water bath, add it to the dry ingredients and mix with the cocoa.
Form the resulting mixture into a roll.
Wrap in foil and leave your sweet salami in the freezer for 3-4 hours to harden.
