Gluten-free biscuit cake

INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g of sweet gluten-free coconut cookies Nomad Nutri
- 125 ml of almond milk
- 1 tbsp. coconut nectar
- 1 can of full-fat coconut milk 400 ml (chilled in advance, only the solid part)
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 50 g of melted pink vegan ruby chocolate (with strawberry or cherry)
