INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp. Bionia cacao 22% fat
- 1 tsp Bionia Ceylon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. Bionia protein mix women
- 200 ml oat/plant milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates
- Optional: banana, raspberry, gluten free oat flakes etc.
