Recommended daily intake: For adults – 1 capsule daily; for children (under 12 years) – ½ capsule daily.
Directions for use: Take the appropriate number of capsules orally (by mouth) during a meal. The capsules maintain the purity of the product without the addition of adhesives, fillers and other additives.
