Internal Use:

• Carefully monitor the body’s reaction when taking internally.

• Mix 1–2 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil (olive, apricot kernel, sunflower, etc.).

• Oil should be well-diluted due to high concentration.

• Slight warming sensation is normal.

Example recipe for chronic bronchitis, urinary tract infection, intestinal mycosis, or other gut issues:
Mix 50 drops oregano essential oil, 50 drops savory essential oil, and 40 drops lemon essential oil with 50 ml olive oil. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily before meals for 10–20 days, gradually reducing after the 10th day.

• Can also be used for seasoning dishes, teas, salads, etc.—one drop is sufficient.
