Homemade granola

INGREDIENTS:
- 80 ml. coconut oil
- 90 g of Bionia coconut sugar
- crushed raw cashews
- 2 tsp Bionia fine gluten-free oatmeal
- 2 tbsp. vegan white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. coconut chips
- dried fruits of your choice (cranberries, raisins, dates)
The mixture is baked for 15 minutes at 200 degrees with a fan. Allow to cool thoroughly before pouring homemade granola into a jar.
