  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 and ½ frozen bananas
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 30 g of oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp. (dose) protein for women “Bionia”
  • 50 ml oat milk
  • For decoration:
  • 30 g of melted dark chocolate
  • Strawberries *or other fruits as desired
  • Peanut butter *optional
  • Coconut shavings *optional
