Red Velvet Pancakes With Vegan Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS for the pancakes:
- 45 g gluten free oat flour
- 20 g Bionia women protein
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. Bionia cocoa 22% fat
- 200 ml of almond milk
- 1 tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 2 tbsp water)
- 1 tbsp. beetroot powder
INGREDIENTS for the cream cheese:
- 40 g of cashews
- 1/4 cup / 50 g of coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla essence
