  • 1 tbsp. Bionia cacao 22% fat
  • 1 tsp Bionia Ceylon cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Bionia protein mix women
  • 200 ml oat/plant milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 dates
  • Optional: banana, raspberry, gluten free oat flakes etc.
