Homemade Granola

INGREDIENTS:

  • 80 ml. coconut oil
  • 90 g of Bionia coconut sugar
  • crushed raw cashews
  • 2 tsp Bionia fine gluten-free oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp. vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut chips
  • dried fruits of your choice (cranberries, raisins, dates)

The mixture is baked for 15 minutes at 200 degrees with a fan. Allow to cool thoroughly before pouring homemade granola into a jar.
