INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 g of sweet gluten-free coconut cookies Nomad Nutri
  • 125 ml of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. coconut nectar
  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk 400 ml (chilled in advance, only the solid part)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 50 g of melted pink vegan ruby chocolate (with strawberry or cherry)
